There are so many times in this world where some of the laws, rules, and regulations that people are to abide by just don’t make sense. People wonder why their government imposes such limits to what they are allowed to do when the end result is the government cutting off their nose to spite their face. The states are not waiting around on the federal government to make decisions though. Some are forging ahead because they get it. They know how much money is leaving and they want to grab some of it for their people. Some are working with foreign operations and other are going to go it alone. Will this venture be the ticket out of the recession? That is highly unlikely, but the millions of dollars in tax funds that it will bring in will certainly help to steer things in the right direction.
